  • Employee Stock Ownership Program (ESOP)

    Employees become shareholders/owners that participate in earning a much higher retirement nest egg than they could outside of PPT.

    The ESOP is more than just a generous retirement plan for the participating employees.     Our plan is designed to enable you to accumulate capital ownership in the Company and, thus, to share in its future as you participate in the building of that future.

    Annually, PERRY proTECH may contribute up to 15% in addition to wages earned towards your ESOP retirement.

  • Profit Sharing Plan (PSP)

    Each year, PERRY proTECH may contribute up to 10% of total compensation for every eligible participant employed on the last day of the plan year.

    These funds will be held in your own segregated account in the plan.
